Key Lime Pie Cheesecake Dip - August 2018

Light and creamy dessert! Can dip cookies and fruits in it too!
Ingredients-
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup milk
- 12 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Juice and zest of two limes
- Graham crackers, for serving
- In a large bowl, blend together the cream cheese, sugar, milk and vanilla using a hand mixer until well combined.
- Mix in the juice and zest from both limes.
- Serve immediately with graham crackers, or chill in the fridge until ready to serve.
