Cornbread Casserole - September 2018

This flavorful recipe will have a dense, moist texture. Fabulous with chili!

Ingredients-
- 3 boxes Jiffy Corn muffin mix
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 can sweet kernel corn (drained)
- 1 stick melted butter
- 16 ounces sour cream
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Spray a 13x9” casserole dish with non-stick spray.
- Stir all ingredients together until well mixed.
- Pour mixture into the casserole dish and bake for 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool before serving and pair with your favorite meal.
