Cornbread Casserole - September 2018

Ingredients-

• 3 boxes Jiffy Corn muffin mix
• 1 can creamed corn
• 1 can sweet kernel corn (drained)
• 1 stick melted butter
• 16 ounces sour cream

• Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
• Spray a 13x9” casserole dish with non-stick spray.
• Stir all ingredients together until well mixed.
• Pour mixture into the casserole dish and bake for 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
• Cool before serving and pair with your favorite meal.
