AAA Approved Auto Repair
Meeting AAA's High Standards
Choosing an
AAA Approved Auto Repair facility means placing your vehicle in the hands of a shop that has met AAA's standards for professionalism, quality, and customer service. Platinum Auto Service is proud to be an AAA Approved Auto Repair facility serving drivers throughout Yarmouth, MA, and Cape Cod with dependable automotive maintenance and repair since 1999. This designation reflects our commitment to honest recommendations, transparent communication, and quality workmanship on every visit. Whether you need routine maintenance, diagnostics, or major repairs, our team follows proven repair procedures while keeping you informed throughout the process. As your dealership alternative, we focus on delivering a professional experience that helps protect your vehicle and provides confidence long after you leave our shop.
The Benefits of Choosing an AAA Approved Facility
AAA members receive valuable benefits designed to make vehicle service more convenient and transparent. Upon request, members can receive a written estimate before work begins, along with a complimentary maintenance inspection when paid repair services are performed. You'll also receive clear recommendations for any maintenance items that may help reduce the likelihood of future roadside breakdowns. Unless otherwise specified, qualifying repairs include a minimum 12-month/12,000-mile warranty through the AAA Approved Auto Repair program, while many qualifying repairs at Platinum Auto Service are backed by our 3-Year/36,000-Mile Warranty, providing additional peace of mind. Members may also request to have replaced parts returned for inspection, except when manufacturer warranty or exchange programs require those components to be retained. If a concern arises regarding service performed by an AAA Approved Auto Repair facility, AAA offers a dispute resolution process that helps reinforce accountability and customer confidence.
