Dawn's Marvelous Mac n' Cheese - August 2014

We recommend using Boar's Head White American Cheese

Ingredients-
- 2 boxes large elbows macaroni cooked,
drained
- 1/2 gallon whole milk
- 2 pounds white American cheese (deli)
- 1/2 cup(s) parmesan cheese grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Breadcrumbs to sprinkle
- Cold butter pieces
Preparation-
- Slowly heat up milk in a sauce pan (do not boil).
- Little by little, stir in pieces of the American cheese, constantly stirring until all is melted. Add parmesean cheese and stir until melted, add salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour mixture over pasta in 9x12 pans (2)
- Sprinkle with bread crumbs and dot the top with un-melted butter pieces. Heat at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
