Strawberry Tiramisu Trifle - September 2014

Philadelphia Cream Cheese and Jell-O Brand Ingredients make this scrumptious!

Ingredients-
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons confectioner's sugar
- 2 quarts fresh strawberries
- 1/4 cup(s) cold milk
- 1 package (3.4 oz.) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 package(s) (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 6 tablespoons strong brewed coffee at room temperature
- 1 package(s) (3 oz.) ladyfingers
- 5 ounces bittersweet chocolate
- Place metal mixing bowl and metal whisk in freezer for 10-15 minutes.
- Remove bowl and whisk from freezer, add sugar and cream. Whisk just until the cream reaches stiff peaks. Set aside until ready to use.
- Set aside three strawberries and 1oz. grated chocolate for garnish; slice the remaining strawberries.
- In a large bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix, let stand for 2 minutes or until soft-set.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth; gradually beat in 2 tablespoons coffee. Beat in pudding. Fold in 2 cups whipped cream and set aside the rest.
- Brush remaining coffee over ladyfingers. Line the bottom of a 3-qt. trifle or glass serving bowl with half of the ladyfingers. Top with half of the sliced strawberries, grated chocolate and pudding mixture; repeat layers.
- Top with remaining whipped cream and grated chocolate. Slice reserved strawberries leaving stem and place on trifle. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
