Worth the effort to make these goodies!

Ingredients-

For Dough


  • 2 cups water
  • 2 Tablespoons butter
  • 1 Teaspoon salt
  • 2 Chicken bouillon cubes
  • 3 Cups flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 ½ cups plain bread crumbs
  • Oil for deep frying


For Filling


  • 1 Tablespoon butter
  • 1 Medium onion chopped
  • 2 ½ cups of cooked and shredded chicken
  • 2 Tomatoes seeded and chopped
  • Franks Red Hot Sauce – about ½ cup or more depending on how hot you want it
  • ¼ cup parsley chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
