Spicy Grilled Shrimp - June 2013

Great for grilling on the beach!

Ingredients-
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 cup Franks Red Hot Sauce
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons of minced garlic
- 1/2 cup of cilantro, chopped
- 2 pounds uncooked jumbo shrimp, peeled and de-veined
- Combine the first five ingredients in a large bowl and set aside.
- Arrange shrimp on skewers (if you're using wooden skewers, soak them in water for about 30 minutes to avoid burning them).
- Pour mixture over shrimp and leave in the refrigerator for a minimum of a 1/2 hour or up to 8 hours.
- Set grill to medium and grill the shrimp for about 3 minutes on each side.
- Serve with your favorite side dish!
