Mike's Fall-Off the Bone BBQ Ribs - July 2014

We recommend using Sweet Baby Rays BBQ and Cape Cod Beer with this recipe!

Ingredients-
- 2 Racks - Baby Back Pork Ribs (4-5 lbs.)
- Kosher Salt
- 1 bottle of your favorite beer
- 2 cups of your favorite BBQ sauce
- Season Ribs with Kosher salt at least a 1/2 hour prior to cooking.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Sear both sides of ribs on a hot grill.
- Cut rib racks into 4-5 individual pieces and place in roasting pan and brush with some of the BBQ sauce. Fill bottom of pan with beer and cover with foil. Bake for 2.5 hours or until meat is falling off bone.
- Brush ribs with remaining BBQ sauce and return to oven for another 30 minutes.
Tip- Steps 1-4, if done the day before, will get you better results!
